Kobe follows Lin on twitter!

OK, this may not seem like a big deal to some, but Kobe has only 80+ people whom he is following. In comparison, Nash is following around 600+ people, and Dwight Howard is at around 7,900!! To simply put, Kobe just doesn't follow people easily. Even some of his former teammates never got followed by him.  (Yes, while on the same team! & No I am not going to name names)

Kobe would not hesitate to unfollow someone either. As soon as Dwight Howard left the Lakers, Kobe unfollowed him & twitted the following:

So this in a way it is a huge deal. After receiving text message from Kobe, this is yet another step for Lin earning Kobe's friendship before they even formally interact face to face with each other as teammates.
